Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant – Contracting/Real Estate Development/Construction Experience.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the accounting functions of multiple real estate development projects in Beirut, Verdun. The role involves financial reporting, project cost tracking, audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledgers, prepare financial statements, and variance reports.

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and job cost accounting.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax compliance.

• Collaborate with development, construction, and asset management teams.

• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and entity setup for new projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 years in real estate or construction.

• Strong knowledge of real estate project accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting software & advanced Excel.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
