We are seeking a responsible and experienced Head Cashier to lead our front-end cashier team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth checkout operations, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the daily activities of cashiers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the cashier team during daily operations

Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately

Train new cashiers and monitor their performance

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Manage daily cash reports, balance cash drawers, and reconcile discrepancies

Ensure checkout counters are clean, organized, and fully equipped

Assist in processing refunds, voids, and price overrides as needed

Work closely with management to improve customer experience and cashier efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cashier; prior supervisory experience is preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications

Ability to work under pressure and handle busy environments

Honest, reliable, and well-organized

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
