A leading chain of restaurants in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

• Demonstrable expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and POS system reconciliation.

• Strong understanding of restaurant-specific financial metrics and operational workflows.

• Experience with multi-location or multi-entity financial consolidation

• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required,

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $2,500 per month.

• Annual Bonus: Performance-based.
