Are you ready to bring your accounting expertise into a role where accuracy meets impact?

Join SIAD’s Finance & Accounting team as an Accountant-Accounts Receivable and take charge of the full receivables cycle from processing customer collections to ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances. Your work will directly support smooth financial operations and the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

Daily Operations

•Process and record customer collections (checks, wire transfers, online payments).

•Post receipts accurately and on time in the accounting system.

•Monitor outstanding balances and aging accounts, sending reminders and SOAs.

•Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with clients.

•Maintain proper archiving of invoices and related documents.

•Issue accurate export invoices in line with agreements and secure timely collections.

Month-End & Year-End

•Reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.

•Review aging reports, flagging potential bad debts.

•Ensure AR is closed on schedule with accurate entries.

•Prepare detailed AR reports for management review.

What You Bring

???? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

???? 4-5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in accounts receivable

???? Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel (ERP experience is a plus)

???? Strong attention to detail and accuracy

???? Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

???? Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills

???? Good command of English and Arabic
