Job Description

• Manage daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers for company accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements with company financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments, including vendor invoices, payroll, and other disbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal balances across multiple bank accounts.
• Coordinate with banks to manage letters of credit, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate bank-related data.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all banking activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to banking operations for management review.
• Liaise with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary banking documentation.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and best practices relevant to the construction and real estate sector.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a bank accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures, reconciliation, and cash management.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.
