• Maintain accurate books of accounts, financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions. • Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals. • Conduct regular budget analyses, identifying variances to improve financial performance. • Implement Accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers, Accounts Reconciliation, Regular follow-ups for collection & balance confirmation. • Oversee accounts payable, checking of supplier invoices and payments to vendors to maintain cash flow. • Prepare Bank reconciliations at regular intervals. • Prepare and submit VAT, Zakat, Tax and other regulatory filings in compliance with Saudi financial laws. • Cost efficiency – To identify new sources in various dealings to continuously reduce costs. • Payroll processing and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and employee benefits administration. • Timely completion of audits and assist external auditors during their reviews, providing necessary documentation and insights. • Coordinate with vendors, and internal departments for financial matters. • Dealing with banks for transaction banking, LC / LG issuance etc. • Submission of tax returns & compliances. • Implement ERP accounting software for data entry and reporting. • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal financial policies.

• Education: CA (Intermediate) OR passed any 1 group of CA (Final) or a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). • Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong ethical standards and professionalism. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Time management and organizational ability. • Experience in financial software and ERP systems showcasing technical proficiency. • Proven track record of preparing accurate financial statements and reports. • Attention to detail and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings. • Flexible working hours to achieve the close deadlines for timely reporting. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability. • Timely completion of ad-hoc reports.
