We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Car Rental Office Executive to manage the daily operations of our small but growing car rental business. The right candidate will be responsible for handling the office from A to Z and ensuring smooth and professional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rental office (currently 5 cars).
• Handle customer bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and contract preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer details.
• Monitor vehicle availability, usage, and scheduling.
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and cleaned on schedule.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with insurance, RTA TARS, and other relevant authorities when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a car rental office in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English and Arabic optional (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
• Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, expenses, reconciliations).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle the office with minimal supervision.
