• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage general ledger functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5 to 7 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with financial reporting and audit processes
