Job Description

• Have background more than 3 years in manufacturing or agriculture field .   
• Analyze and monitor production costs, variances, and margins for all agricultural operations.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to track inventory and production expenses.
• Conduct regular audits of cost records and recommend process improvements for cost efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to agricultural production.
• Review and reconcile inventory valuations, ensuring alignment with actual stock and usage.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate cost data and analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in cost management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost accounting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in cost accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
