We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle both Accounts and Logistics functions within our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient coordination of imports, exports, and local deliveries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with company policies and UAE VAT/corporate tax regulations.
Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare and process supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Manage import and export shipments, including customs clearance, duty exemption, and coordination with freight forwarders.
Arrange transportation and delivery of goods locally and internationally.
Ensure all shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, HS Codes, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time.
Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delays, and update stakeholders.
Maintain records of inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
Negotiate with shipping lines, transporters, and logistics service providers for cost-effective solutions.
