We’re looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our company. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, support financial operations, and help ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable

- Collaborate with operations and property teams to track expenses and revenue

- Monitor lease agreements, service contracts, and vendor payments

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in facility/property management)

- Proficiency in accounting software

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations is a plus
