Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations (including VAT, Zakat, and GAZT filings), and supporting business decisions with accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and general ledger entries.
  

  
  

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  

  
  

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT, Zakat, and other tax regulations.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
  

  
  

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  

  
  

• Provide management with timely reports on financial performance and variances.
  

  
  

• Support automation and system improvements for efficient accounting processes.
  

  
  

RequirementsQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  

  
  

• 2–4 years of accounting experience (experience in Saudi Arabia preferred).
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of Saudi tax, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

  
  

• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
  

  
  

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  

  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
  

  
  

• Experience in compliance reporting for MISA-licensed companies.
  

  
  

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
