الوصف الوظيفي

To help and support the Finance Director in preparing financial statements of group companies, VAT declarations, reviewing financial statements of subsidiaries, preparing month end reports, review of financials statements in line with CIT regulations, maintaining accounts in compliance with tax regulations, preparing LC documents for shipments, assisting in external audit.

Responsibilities

• Verify, code, post and reconcile transactions
• Assist in external audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure timely posting of journal entries, reconciling ledger accounts and bank reconciliation.
• Generating invoices, posting invoices and AR follow up
• Assist in month end closing and review of accounts
• Prepare VAT declaration and reports on time
• Review of the accounts and financial statements in compliance with tax regulations.
• Perform daily accounting activities (entering purchase orders, payments, receipts and journals in accounting software)
• Prepare cash flow, outlook (budget) and other reports as requested by the management
• Prepare and follow up on LC documents
• Prepare Management reports, intercompany reconciliations on monthly basis
• Any other duties as assigned by the manager

المهارات

Qualification:

• Inter CA or Graduate in accounting with 5 year’s experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE
• Female candidates with experience preferred
• Fluency in English
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to Dubai when required
• Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills
• Woking experience in Odoo is an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of VAT regulations and CIT rules.
