Key Responsibilities
• Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Organize and maintain invoices and financial records in line with company policies.
• Follow up on client payments and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare, track, and monitor project costs and budgets.
• Handle general accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Financial Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, practices, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
