MINSEONG Trading FZCO, based in Dubai, is looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team.

We are a very small company with two owners and one staff member (this role). While the responsibilities cover a broad scope, the actual workload is light and manageable.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting & Tax

Manage day-to-day accounts, ensuring books and systems are kept up to date (Zoho experience is an advantage)

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes

Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support


Compliance & Administration

Handle compliance requirements under UAE Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) and AML/KYC obligations

Manage administrative tasks such as trade licence renewal and director visa renewal


Payroll & HR

Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE Wage Protection System (WPS)

Handle employee reimbursements and end-of-service benefit calculations


Trading & Logistics

Issue purchase orders (PO) to manufacturers

Communicate regularly with Chinese manufacturers and Australian buyers
