We're Hiring: Junior Accountant (UAE Experience) | Alliance Street Consultancy | Dubai, UAE.

Alliance Street Consultancy FZ-LLC is expanding and looking for a skilled Junior Accountant with strong UAE experience and exceptional client management skills. If you're a driven accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment, we’d love to hear from you!




What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years of progressive accounting and tax experience within the UAE.
Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
Proven relationship management experience — ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
Experience delivering monthly accounting and reporting services for clients.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.




Key Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly accounting and reporting services for clients in line with UAE regulations.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliation, clear reconciling items, and assist with process changes to reduce future reconciliation issues.
• Prepare and review supplier and intracompany reconciliation reports.
• Assist in the preparation of:
- Monthly Trial Balance Reports
- Income Statements
- Balance Sheets

• Ensure accurate and timely VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to maintain high-quality financial reporting and client service.




Qualification:

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• ACCA or equivalent Qualification (required).
• Excellent knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
• Strong working proficiency with Tally, Zoho, Microsoft Office Suite and Xero.
• Strong relationship management skills — client-focused and solution-driven.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent and professional English communication skills.
