We're Hiring: Senior Accountant & Business Development Specialist | Alliance Street Consultancy | Dubai, UAE


Role: Senior Accountant & Business Development
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications: CA / ACCA (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE
Salary: Competitive, based on experience


**Are you an expert in UAE & UK corporate tax, VAT, and company structuring? Do you have the skills to not only manage financials but also convince and onboard clients for business setup and tax advisory? Then we want YOU on our team!


What You’ll Be Doing:
Corporate Tax & Structuring: Advising clients on UAE Corporate Tax (CT), Free Zone benefits, and UK tax implications.
Company Formation & Structuring: Guiding clients on the best business setup solutions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Business Development & Sales: Identifying potential clients, consulting them on tax optimization, and closing deals.
Accounting & Compliance: Managing VAT filings, corporate tax returns, bookkeeping, and audits in line with IFRS.
Client Advisory: Engaging with European, UK, and international business owners to help them legally minimize taxes.


What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in spoken English with strong professional communication skills.

CA / ACCA qualification with at least 5 years of UAE experience.

Expertise in UAE Corporate Tax (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022) and UK tax regulations.

Strong sales & convincing skills—this role is not just accounting but also business development.

Prior experience in an accounting firm, tax advisory, or business consultancy is a must.

Deep understanding of company formations, structuring, VAT, and compliance.

Ability to explain complex tax structures in simple terms to clients.

Experience with Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setups.

Experience working with international clients from the UK and EU, providing tax advisory and compliance solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of accountants.

Ability to manage and oversee the complete finalization of accounts.

Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
