Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced finance leader with a strong healthcare background to oversee and manage all financial operations. The CFO/Chief Accountant will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and compliance to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability. This role requires a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, hospital/clinic financial systems, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational growth.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.

Manage revenue cycle, billing, and collections specific to healthcare services.

Monitor cost control, profitability, and financial risk management.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).

Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Chief Accountant in healthcare or hospital settings.

Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
