Senior Accountant Opportunity in Dubai Construction Company. A dynamic and expanding construction company in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Role: You will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations , and providing accurate, timely financial data to management.

This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health of our projects and overall company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the General Ledger and prepare full Financial Statements.
• Handle Cost Accounting specific to construction projects (WIP, retention, variation orders).
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and manage all bank reconciliations.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other local tax regulations.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's/CPA/ACCA is a plus). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, with significant exposure to the construction industry. Expert knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting practices. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
