We are seeking an efficient, forward-thinking, and strategic Financial Manager to design and manage the financial structure of the group and its subsidiaries. The candidate will support the rapid growth of the group through effective cost control and the creation of sustainable financial infrastructures.

المهارات

Design and implement a comprehensive financial system for the parent company and all subsidiaries

Control budgets, expenses, and project/product cost structures

Fully manage payroll, insurance, and taxation processes in compliance with UAE regulations

Establish and monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors

Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital

Develop financial strategies for fundraising and optimizing capital structure

Supervise accounting, internal auditing processes, and ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS)

Lead the finance team and establish control processes to minimize risk

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within technology companies or startups
• Full knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS), UAE tax and insurance regulations
• Ability to design and implement cost accounting systems and cost control processes
• Strong analytical skills for financial data and accurate management reporting
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong leadership, planning, and strategic decision-making abilities
