We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role is instrumental in shaping the company’s culture, driving organizational development, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and strategies that support the company’s vision and growth.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Design and execute employee development programs, performance management systems, and succession planning.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR activities.
• Manage compensation structures, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee incentives.
• Monitor organizational climate, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Partner with leadership teams to support organizational change and drive strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of [3–5] years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within medium to large organizations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and best HR practices.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and performance management tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
