Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Finance – Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions, specifically in the AP and AR areas. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure seamless financial processes, compliance with corporate standards, and successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP AP and AR processes in SAP S/4HANA.

  
  

• Design and configure vendor master data, payment terms, invoicing processes, and customer billing processes.

  
  

• Support the integration of AP/AR with other financial components such as General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Treasury (TR).

  
  

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to align business needs with SAP solutions.

  
  

• Support data migration activities related to vendor and customer master data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to AP/AR processes during development, testing, and post-go-live support.

  
  

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments or system enhancements.

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, GL) to ensure end-to-end process integration and alignment.

  
  

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and business sign-off activities.

  
  

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience:

  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Finance, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  
  

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

  
  

• Proven track record of supporting SAP implementation or transformation projects.

  
  

• Technical Skills:

  
  

• Strong knowledge of SAP AP and AR processes, including vendor and customer master data, payment terms, invoicing, and billing.

  
  

• Familiarity with integration points between AP/AR and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, GL, and Treasury.

  
  

• Experience in preparing functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

  
  

• Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP Fiori and SAP Solution Manager.

  
  

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve functional issues effectively.

  
  

• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and designing solutions to meet business requirements.

  
  

• Communication and Collaboration Skills:

  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  
  

• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless process integration.

  
  

• Education:

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

  
  

• SAP certifications in Finance or related areas are a plus.
