الوصف الوظيفي

Job Objectives:  

The Tax Specialist ensures accurate and compliant handling of inbound and outbound tax-debt calls in line with departmental guidelines. The role involves speaking with clients regarding their IRS or state tax obligations, gathering financial details, verifying eligibility for relief programs, and scheduling consultations with licensed professionals, while meeting individual performance targets.

Responsibilities and duties:

Client Interaction and Financial Assessment :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tax-debt cases.

• Collect accurate financial details including income, expenses, debts, and assets.

• Educate clients in simple terms on IRS relief programs (e.g., OIC, IA, CNC).

Consultation Scheduling and Follow-Up:

• Book consultations with licensed professionals and confirm document readiness.

• Follow up with clients on missed appointments or incomplete documentation.

Compliance and SOP Adherence:

• Follow approved scripts, privacy protocols, and SOPs during every client interaction.

• Escalate sensitive or complex issues according to established procedures.

Documentation and Handover:

• Ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for handoff to downstream teams.

• Track and request any missing documents or payments.

Target Achievement and Quality Standards:

• Meet individual call handling and consultation booking KPIs.

• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

C1, C2 English is a must.

Years of Experience: 

0–2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a contact center environment.

Behavioral Requirements/Competencies:

• Organized and detail-oriented in managing sensitive financial information

• Self-motivated and thrives in a high-paced, target-driven environment

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Familiarity with CRM or call center platforms

• Ability to manage and update digital documentation systems

• Comfortable with scheduling tools and internal workflow systems

• Basic knowledge of online form processing and secure data entry
