Job Description
- Oversee all work related to auditing accounts, including various revenue and expenditure operations.
- Assist in monitoring commitments, controlling costs, and rationalizing expenses in various departments at the club.
- Assist in following up on leases with the club manager, coordinating with the lease and legal affairs departments, and ensuring that there are no violations and that payments are made regularly.
- Assist in following up on internal control procedures at the club, ensuring quality and efficiency of work and reducing risks.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the food and beverage cost system, monitoring hospitality and employee accounts, and reviewing the monthly cost list.
- Monitor the safes of various activities and the main safe, and review receipts and cash registers.
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing all types of revenues and ensure their accuracy and consistency with supporting documents.
- Participate with central accounts in analyzing monthly figures.
- Participate in periodic and surprise inventory checks and reconcile inventory results with book values.
- Submit all reports required by the financial department on time, especially food and beverage reports through the SAP program.
- Assist in determining the department's human resource needs and selecting qualified personnel.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of management employees and continuously work to improve their efficiency.
- Distribute tasks in proportion to the capabilities and abilities of employees, ensuring equal opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks that may be required within the scope of the basic responsibilities of the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
