Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant oversees accounting operations, ensures financial accuracy, and supports management with reports and analysis for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure compliance.
Prepare financial statements and monthly closing reports.
Manage accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Oversee tax declarations, CNSS, and coordination with auditors.
Guide junior staff and improve accounting processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in hospitals or healthcare).
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Junior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Junior Accountant supports the finance department in daily accounting operations, data entry, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Record journal entries, invoices, and payments accurately.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing.
Support payroll, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Maintain organized financial records and assist auditors.
Collaborate with departments to ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1–3 years of experience in accounting (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency
