Responsibilities
To primarily support recruitment activities, while also assisting in HR administration and front desk duties. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth hiring process and a professional experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Assist candidates with applications, required documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
- Conduct reference checks in coordination with the HR team.
- Provide administrative and front desk support, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic HR systems.
