Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 - Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
 - Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
 - Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
 - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
 - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
 - Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
 - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and support business operations.
 - Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
 - Assist in all bank inquires and visits.
 - Support in clients invoices collection.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 - 2-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
 - Proven experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
 - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
 - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
 - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
 - Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
