Sihamco is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and supporting financial reporting and audits. Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and record fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in VAT and other tax filings in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.

Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi National 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, SOCPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Quickbooks and Oracle 
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
