Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and track company expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial controls.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information and transactions.
• Participate in internal audits and help implement recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience, including internships or part-time roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
