| Tasks and Responsibilities |
| Management Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles ensuring timely processing and follow-ups. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use. Support senior accountants in preparing for audits and tax filing requirements. Quality Control Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry for all financial transactions. Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies for resolution. Maintain consistency and accuracy in financial processes in compliance with accounting standards. Reporting and Documentation Prepare periodic financial reports (weekly monthly) to aid decision-making. Assist in journal entries accruals and the monthly closing process. Support budget tracking and financial forecasting efforts. Communication and Coordination Coordinate with internal departments to ensure completeness of financial data. Collaborate with external parties including auditors vendors and tax consultants as needed. Interpret contractual financial clauses and highlight key issues to senior accountants. |
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Professional command of English is required.
