The Candidate manages the financial records of properties by handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgets and tax compliance. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, Assist Online applications and collaborating with property managers, Agents, investors, and auditors.

Al Barkah Real-estate is looking for passionate Assistant Accountant, Candidate must have relevant experience in UAE. and must have good command on English and Speaking Arabic is the advantage. Candidate must be available in UAE. for the interview.

Core duties and responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for properties, including creating journal entries and managing the general ledger. 
  • Transaction Processing: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process payments, and reconcile all business accounts on a daily basis. 
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as various reports for management, investors, and auditors. 
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the annual budgeting process and help with financial forecasting and variance analysis. 
  • Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate and tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax documents. 
  • Auditing and Analysis: Assist with internal and external audits, prepare audit work papers, and perform account analysis to identify trends. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and other departments to provide financial information and resolve issues. 
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash flow, manage bank transfers, and monitor cash positions. 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
