تفاصيل الوظيفةACCOUNTANT

We design, build, and maintain outdoor spaces that combine creativity and sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare invoices, delivery notes, estimates, and payment records.

- Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks and Google Workspace.

- Monitor bank transactions, salary calculations, and expense tracking.

- Manage VAT filings, corporate tax matters, and other compliance requirements.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports for decision-making.

- Support budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting.

- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.

- Perform month-end closings, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial and administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- English fluency, Russian / Ukrainian language proficiency preferred.

- 2–3 years of accounting experience in a professional environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in all financial activities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
