Job Description

• experience in aviation or travel related 
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• experience in aviation or travel related 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the travel, transportation, or service industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling financial data.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Willingness to work on-site in a full-time, entry-level capacity.
