Manage our online accounts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Handle incoming orders and oversee the shipping process across all online accounts.
Track account activities, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and timely updates.
Prepare regular reports on account performance and activities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online account management (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates should preferably be an October citizen or resident nearby.
