We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a leading gas distribution company in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and play a key role in overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.
This role is essential to ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across the business.
Main Responsibilities Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Analyzing  risk, and putting the required controls in place to maintain accurate accounts Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
Lead the coordinating and completion of the annual audits Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Hire, manage, and mentor junior accounting staff Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting systems like Odoo, or a similar ERP system Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Managed an Accounting function in a regional company in KSA Experience with hiring and managing a team from scratch
