Role: Junior Accountant

Location: Almas Tower, JLT, Dubai

Industry: Diamond Trading

Compensation: 3,000 – 4,500 AED per month

Experience: 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (including 1.5+ years in the UAE)

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Dubai Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview

The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting, documentation, and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance under the supervision of senior accountants. The role requires a disciplined approach, attention to detail, and strong familiarity with UAE accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and receipts.
  

  
  

• Maintain accurate vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
  

  
  

• Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash transactions.
  

  
  

• Support invoice processing, audit preparations, and monthly closures.
  

  
  

• Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries as per management requirements.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial data and reconciliations.
  

  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  

  
  

• Minimum 3 years of overall accounting experience, including 1.5+ years in the UAE.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in ERP / Tally or similar accounting software.
  

  
  

• Strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and organization.
  

  
  

• Candidate must be currently based in Dubai.
  

  
  

• Note: Only vegetarian food is permitted within the office premises.
