Job Description

• Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory costs and variances.
• Cost Accounting Systems: Maintain and update cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze cost data.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role within flexible packaging industry is a MUST.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
