• Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.

• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

• Support in cost control initiatives and budgetary compliance.

• Prepare management reports on budget utilization.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CPA, CMA is a plus.)

* Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior budgeting position.

* Proven experience in real estate or construction companies is a must.

* Exposure to international companies or experience dealing with foreign entities is highly preferred.

* Knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and IFRS.

* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
