What will you do?
• Establish performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s vision, effectively
communicating these to team members to team members to ensure everyone understands
expectations and can work toward common objectives
• Organize workflow and ensure that the banking agent team clearly understands their roles
and targets to optimize efficiency, reducing confusion and increasing productivity
• Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance
performance
• Address and resolve complaints from the direct reporting team to build trust and maintain
high team morale
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records to ensure fair treatment and
accountability
• Prepare and submit performance reports on team progress to provide valuable insights into
achievements and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Make decisions regarding rewards and promotions for the Financial Services and
Representatives teams based on performance metrics
• Train new employees to build a strong team with the necessary skills and knowledge,
contributing to a collaborative and capable team that can achieve organizational goals
