فاصيل الوظيفةwe need accountant to work under the financial manager and support all the related works :

1.Recording transactions in Tally software during the process of entering financial data

into the software to keep track of a company's financial activity.

2.Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and other account reconciliations on a

regular basis.

3. Prepared state and federal taxes and presented documentation for an audit.

4.Tracked cash receipts and petty cash expenditures. Responsible for General Ledger review and book closure activities, on time-to-time basis

5. Preparing Chart of Accounts

6.Managing and reporting accounts receivable and payable cheques weekly , monthly.

7.Collect payment from our customer hands

8.Submit the Financial income and expenditure weekly report

9. Submit the Financial income and expenditure monthly and quarterly report

10. Submit the Financial income and expenditure annual report

11.Demand, supply planning and inventory management

12. Issue and manage the purchase order and proforma Invoice preparing

13. tax invoice preparing and amendments if required

14. Ensuring vendor payment within due dates

15. Ensuring the staff salary preparation and bonus and commission monthly

16.Reporting Arranging and paying the payment for utilities

17. All the documents control for the financial department.

18. You Must skilled in MS office or WPS

19.Fluently English speaking and writing is mandatory

20. Can working over time if required

21. Team player and fast learner is priority
