• Collect and analyze data to determine costs of business activities, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor
• Conduct cost variance analysis and provide detailed reports to management
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and documentation
• Prepare cost forecasts and budgets, and assist in financial planning and analysis
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing overhead and identify areas for cost improvement
• Reconcile inventory accounts and assist in monthly and annual closing procedures
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate costing
• Assist in internal and external audits related to costing

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.5 to 7 years of proven experience in cost accounting within an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP  Business One , Oracle, or similar)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic
