JOB SUMMARY
Functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader. Responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies that support brand service standards, drive profitability, and meet the expectations of guests, employees, ownership, and corporate stakeholders. Provides financial expertise to enable successful execution of business plans and brand initiatives. Leads the finance team in delivering accurate reporting, sound forecasting, and strong internal controls to safeguard assets and maximize return on investment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience
4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in finance, accounting, or related professional area
OR
Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or related professional area

Ensures accurate documentation of profit and loss statements
Monitors tax compliance and reporting
Submits financial reports on time and meets delivery deadlines
Supports achievement of performance, budget, and team goals
Reviews audit findings and purchasing processes for accuracy

Delivers timely and accurate reports and presentations
Reconciles balance sheet accounts with proper documentation
Ensures P&L accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

Cross-trains team members to support daily operations

Oversees onboarding and training for new hires
