الوصف الوظيفي

Direct Functional Responsibilities:

• Final Account Closure: Lead the close-out process for main contracts, specialist sub-contracts, and consultant agreements, ensuring all commercial matters are resolved.
• Variation & Claim Resolution: Review and validate all outstanding variations, claims, and provisional sums prior to final account agreement.
• Reconciliation & Verification: Reconcile interim payments, retention, and contra charges to arrive at accurate final settlement figures.
• Contractual Compliance: Ensure final accounts are closed in accordance with contract terms, including FIDIC or bespoke forms.
• Reporting: Prepare final account summaries and close-out reports for internal approval and financial archiving.
