Take over a key role as a Business Finance Analyst (Partner Operations) inthe Business Development department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 

What we expect from you:

• Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business line
• Build driver-based financial models that guide business and operational decisions
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
• Partner with Business Development and Operations to provide cost and profitability insights
• Lead reconciliations and ensure accuracy in revenue, cost, and partner settlement data
• Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management that drive performance
• Collaborate with Accounting and Controllership for month-end close and budget alignment
• Continuously improve reporting tools and automate manual data workflows

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA Finance preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
• Proven understanding of P&L management, cost allocation, and forecasting
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems (Power BI is a plus)
• Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving and strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator who can translate numbers into clear business actions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• SQL or automation experience for reporting efficiency
• Experience in tech-enabled, marketplace, or service-based businesses
