تفاصيل الوظيفة1. Accountant – Limousine Company

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records for all limousine operations.

Record all income (cash, POS, credit) and reconcile daily trip collections.

Track driver targets, commissions, and deductions accurately.

Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.

Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports with the system (Cabman or equivalent).

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure bookings and payments match.

Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports.

Handle salary preparation and ensure all deductions are as per company policy.

Follow up with clients and corporate accounts for pending payments.

Assist in financial audits and provide all required supporting documents.

Ensure compliance with VAT, RTA, and company financial policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a limousine or transport company).

Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

2. Coordinator

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage daily limousine operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers and supervisors.

Assign trips to drivers and ensure all bookings are properly received and completed.

Monitor driver performance, attendance, and duty timings.

Communicate with hotel staff, clients, and dispatch teams to confirm bookings.

Maintain trip records, duty rosters, and car schedules.

Ensure all drivers follow company rules regarding uniforms, behavior, and trip procedures.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Report daily operations updates to management.

Support in vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, and replacement arrangements.

Prepare daily activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in limousine or transportation coordination.

Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic advantage).

Knowledge of Dubai routes and RTA regulations.

Able to work in shifts and handle pressure during peak hours.
