P2P business operation

Timely release and manage P2P advertising.

Review and approve P2P orders based on internal SOP.

Ensure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellers.

Settlement and exchange

Responsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDT.

Monitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirements.

Maintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposes.

Order review and compliance

Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications according to the SOP process.

Identify and report any suspicious or unusual transactions.

Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Account and fund management

Monitor account balance and transaction flow changes daily.

Ensure reasonable allocation of funds among multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidity.

Assist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports.

Risk monitoring and reporting

Closely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activities.

Report potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measures.

Assist in implementing risk control mechanisms in the operation team.

Support and collaboration

Collaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues.

Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments.

Complete other temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business or related fields.

Candidates with experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations are preferred.

Careful in work, able to strictly follow SOP operations.

Possess good analytical skills and be able to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain /USDT preferred.

Possess a high sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awareness.

Possess independent work ability and teamwork spirit, good communication skills.
