• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring all invoices and payments are recorded accurately.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible for audits.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings as required by local regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
