• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers of inventory.
• Can work with Odoo inventory and Manufacturing tools.
• Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse accounting reports.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to warehouse accounts.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory management systems and accounting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of inventory movements in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the warehouse environment.

1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a warehouse or inventory-focused environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory management processes.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to analyze and reconcile complex inventory data.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
