Job Description

•  Supervise and manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, cost accounting).
•  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
•  Develop, monitor, and control the annual budget, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
•  Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability by product line or factory.
•  Evaluate gross margin and net profit performance and recommend actions to improve profitability.
•  Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity position.
•  Ensure proper cost allocation for raw materials, labor, and overhead in garment production.
•  Manage inventory valuation and reconcile physical counts with financial records.
•  Review and approve bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and journal entries.
•  Oversee monthly and annual closing of accounts.
•  Ensure compliance with tax laws, social insurance, and audit requirements.
•  Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
•  Support management in financial forecasting, business planning, and investment analysis.
•  Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team’s performance.
•  Able to travel easily between different Location's ( Fayoom , Bani sweif , 10th Of Ramadan , ……)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of managerial role experience in accounting, in the garment or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
