Job Description

-Verify, allocate, record, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.

-Prepare and present accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.

-Analyze financial data to summarize the company's financial position and highlight key performance indicators.

-Identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and propose efficiency and cost-control improvements.

-Provide technical guidance and financial advice to management to support strategic and operational decisions.

-Review and improve accounting systems, workflows, and procedures for better accuracy and efficiency.

-Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

-Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; participate in setting departmental goals.

-Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls for strong financial governance.

Requirements

-Experience for at least 7 years of experience.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

-Preferred Industry: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
